Fair chance the banner will say 'Well Done Brendon Goddard On 151 Games', given there was no banner on Friday night because of the conditions.

Bingo!

and im pretty sure the AFL would be checking our banner before we hold it up this week anyway, and if theres anything at all to do with baker it will not be shown.

Enjoying all the responses. As most of the ideas that sprang to my mind arent printable on a banner
I would like to see one to honour Goddard's achievement.

Agree with the sentiment, in fact it is a little kind for them, but I think it will relate to BJ`s 151 st

Maybe there should be Free Bakes signs handed around to the crowd.

Each and every one of us saints fans who attend on Sunday can hold our scarves up as A SHOW OF SUPPORT FOR BAKES.

Do this when the players run out onto the ground !!

NEW scarf signature (hopefully with correct spelling) will be here as soon as it arrives !!

Don't forget the press was hanging Milne last week...I wonder who next week's victim will be? No hypothetical individual banners...everyone has been in it this year.

Next week it'll be :

AFL shame as St Kilda beats Melbourne.

Melbourne legend [insert name] has spoken out in favour of docking St Kilda competition points for beating Melbourne in a manner he described as 'too comprehensive'.

"It's mind boggling that a club can just waltz up, restrict us to five points for the game, and score 140 themselves without Nick Riewoldt"

An AFL insider says an investigation will be launched this week... etc etc...

Meanwhile a lobby group made of Carlton, Collingwood and Essendon greats has labelled the rise of St Kilda, Western Bulldogs and Fremantle to the upper echelons of the ladder as unacceptable.

"We're not sure how to handle the whole changing of the guard thing. It makes us really uncomfortable and unsure about where to look. It was so much better before when we had all the money and power and they were just another opponent whose players we could steal for no more than the promise of a steak dinner."

Further, the AFLPA has labelled the AFL's insistence that all St Kilda players wear rootcams in the off season as excessive, a claim the AFL rejects.

"We think it's important that everyone in youtube land has the opportunity to see this stuff live. There's no privacy issue. It's all good fodder for the Hun."

ETC ETC...

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'
