"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

Kosi, of all the big forwards on the ground, was easily the most effective. Easily.

I just don't like it when his effort is questioned, that bugs me, they ALL played hard tonight.
As I said, still thing something was up (he did hobble off) but I expect him to line up against Melbourne and give effort again.

How was he ineffective? He presented, he gathered useful possessions around the ground, got a couple taps, what more do you want? That's as good as all the other big guys could muster in weather that wasn't suited to a big marking forward.GoTheTorp wrote:Kosi along with all the other big forwards were ineffective uppercut yourselfs... lol
Kosi won the game for us ???? then where, kosi was effective in our win then where tell me FFS

Have I said otherwise? Point it out if I have. There's your challenge.
I sniff troll.
Sourpuss. So to speak.

As effective as 80% of the other 21, he was as much a part of the team as most others. You want him dropped? What's your point Torpie?GoTheTorp wrote:I will ask one more time where was Kosi effective in our win????degruch wrote:How was he ineffective? Effective in terms of maintaining our structure. Moved well when he went up the ground. Took a couple of nice marks on the wing that were strong in the wet. Had a presence, helped the team.GoTheTorp wrote:I will ask one more time where was Kosi effective in our win????degruch wrote:How was he ineffective? Go to bed....if you can't sleep I reckon giving urself an uppercut might help.
How about that he got 5 hitouts and helped out in the ruck, Mooney and Pods are certainly not able to bring that on a quiet night...GoTheTorp wrote:I will ask one more time where was Kosi effective in our win????degruch wrote:How was he ineffective? Several ruck taps to advantage. Several blocks. Good smart work around stoppages. Several packs smashed. A great touch on the wing at one point. Mark or two, one of which was a great contested grab. Opportunities on goal. Presentation up the ground often unrewarded. Etc etc. Solid wet weatehr effort all round.GoTheTorp wrote:I will ask one more time where was Kosi effective in our win????degruch wrote:How was he ineffective? One small piece in the great mosaic that is Saints Footy.
By deduction you require an individual to win a game? Is that what you seek?
Or are you just bitter that Gablett's off to the Goldie? GUARANTEED.
