No goals from anyone, the way this team plays they should have a huddle everytime they get the ball like gridiron, because we move the ball so slowly forward and by the time we get it inot our forward 50, the oter side have 3/4 of their team there and out number us.
Our tackles are being broken and ineffective, somebody has to grab this team by the scruff of the neck and shake it violently into form.
As far as I'm concerned RL needs to rip into them at half time.

Except for the sanity nothing much has been lost.

I'm a keen defender of Lyon, but I find it hard to believe that internal club indicators aren't reflecting the poor form of McQualter and Dawson! Surely if we are as true to processes and indicators as we hear they deserve a spell in the seconds in order to rebuild their confidence. Injuries cause changes but some seem untouchable. Armo has been dropped twice for efforts not dissimilar to that of the aforementioned.
Nice to see Stanly trying hard, isn't getting results at the moment but it has allowed Kosi to roam further up the ground.

West Coast seem to be pushing numbers up the ground to crowd us, force us into skill errors and then run it into an open forward line on the rebound. That exposes our defenders in one-on-one contests where they are more easily beaten. We simply have to use the ball better to cut out the costly turn overs and apply more pressure when West Coast do get their hands on the ball.

dont think he is the type of coach to rip into anyone..he will be more like ok guys we are doing well in our key indicators such as inside 50, tackles etc keep it up and we will win...3rd generation saint wrote:No goals from anyone, the way this team plays they should have a huddle everytime they get the ball like gridiron, because we move the ball so slowly forward and by the time we get it inot our forward 50, the oter side have 3/4 of their team there and out number us.

Half Time Report:
Same old problems as last month:
Competitive around the ground, Milne only realistic option up-forward, Zac, Mini and Schneids all uncompetitive. No-one to kick to on the lead-up.
Best at half time: Hayes, Dal Santo, Montagna, Milne.
Need to stop McKinley.
Could go either way.
Tip: Eagles by 17
