Tezza has got it completely right. For god's sake he cost us at least 4 to 5 goals with his insipid attack on the ball or opponent and we only got beat by 12 pts. Have spoken to a few friends who barrack for other teams and they all say the same about Dawson that he is the worst back man going around and are amazed how he keeps getting a game. In comparing him with Martyn he is right, in his last year with Carlton his form was terrible but kept getting selected each week.
One flag in over 100 years yet there are many here who get upset if we have a go at any player, get over it, we all want the same thing, pay our membership and barrack each game we attend but surely we don't have to put up with ordinary performances week after week from some players who never seem to be dropped. Have we got that precious on this forum?
