Bloody Rodent did us number against Port and now this week Gartlett (Number 38??) for Carlton kicked several goals with a lot of dash to do plenty of damage in the middle part of the match.

No doubt, Essendon's mosquito fleet will have a big impact next week, and Leon Davis when we play Collingwood.

But where is our pesky little runner that plays without fear, but with plenty of flair?

I know it's not part of Ross Lyon's "structure" to have that type of player, but it's badly needed at the moment.

Should have been Gram in the midfield, but with our lack of pace in defence Gram was called back there. CJ too was often played back.

With Peake not selected as well that meant we had no pace in the midfield.

Best on ground against us in 08 from memory, we played Gram on hm and he destroyed us.

We struggle with small forwards IMO. Betts always plays well, even in losing sides.
