Eddy ... support for another whipping boy
I thought he was great for the game time he got (about 65%)
He was one of the few that hit a target all night, 2 or 3 bullet passes.
He tackled and at one point sold some candy.
He definitely holds his spot.
I can't believe people here keep gunning for the same guys, whatever they do or however we play.

A reasonable effort in this game - eventually won't hold his place when we get a couple back. Strength - has a big motor - weakness - burns the ballterry smith rules wrote:I thought he was great for the game time he got (about 65%)

He seems better each time we see him: his foot passing is definitely improving, although it still has too much loop in it for my liking.
I doubt he will ever become more than a backup, but he's an ok one.

Yes I did, and pretty sure the subject says "Support, for Eddy, another whipping boy" hence why I said people should say that.terry smith rules wrote:did you read the post?Saint Bev wrote:Don't call the poor boy a whipping boy, hasn't played many games and did a pretty good job last night. Really nice guy as well.

Well only one could play and Eddy was there first choice. Steven will get his chance.borderbarry wrote:We had two emergencies in S.A., Eddy and Steven. Steven has only played one game, and he impressed me more than Eddy has in any of his. Steven appears to be much quicker, and is a goal kicker. What will it take for him to get another game? Our selectors to get a bit of courage and faith, or what?

you need to reread the post, I give him a big wrap and there are no commas in my topic line
and amongst some here he is a whipping boy, hence the topic line
