Raph and Zac in particular. A Champion team will beat a team of champions any day of the week.

Who was saying this s.hit?
Are they clueless or just completely stupid.
Pretty sure I know where it was coming from, the same area where you hear an anguished "Pick ém up Saints" when we are zoning back, or "AWWWWWW dont kick it backwards"(when the opposition has zoned back and we are drawing the zone forward to open up the space.
Really if these old people (which I'm afraid are most of them) dont understand zoning and interchange and that man on man when out of tactics a decade ago, they should really not come to football.
It makes them sound idiotic and pathetic. if they like a "kick up the guts" go and watch Sandy feeding Sauntner in the VFL
All the Raph baggers are very quiet as well - fkn halfwits

She actually started early, as soon as the first bounce occurred. She went out of her tree. Her language is disgusting. There are children around, yet every year she decides to constantly bag our players, yet when the boys are winning she someone finds negatives in the game.
there is a number that you can call to report abuse and disgusting language...it's on the scoreboard.....report her...she will be escorted out.....

Probably not too far off the mark from my experiences and does explain why I stopped sitting in the St Kilda area on the outer wing at Waverley. It's funny how abuse of our players from opposition supporters is like water off a duck's back to me but when our supporters abuse our players during the game it really annoys me to the point I find myself not enjoying the game and concentrating on squaring up & belittling our idiot supporter(s).IluvHarvey wrote:GrumpyOne wrote: I honestly believe that we have the worst "bad supporters" going around. I think the most I have ever doubted and showed it was at the Saints game in Launceston last year when Milne had a set shot and I crossed my fingers and hid my face in my scarf, actually brought more laughs from my fellow saints supporters standing around me than anything else.

how do people know that zac was sick over the summer? has that ever been officially documented by the club? i certainly haven't read any articles about it.R. Harvey 3 votes! wrote:Zac is out there doing his best, what is wrong with actually supporting our own players? It is a disgrace, do people forget that Zac was sick over the summer and lost 5 or 6kgs?
and what's wrong with being critical of players? yeah, it's shithouse for their confidence, but you pay your money to get in, you're allowed to have your opinion. you have to remember, stupid people will be stupid.

If your opinion is expressed using foul language or overt threat, then it's not allowed at all, nor should it be.bergholt wrote:how do people know that zac was sick over the summer? has that ever been officially documented by the club? i certainly haven't read any articles about it.R. Standards are standards...
Was that nuff nuff beer chucking Doggie entitled to be a bauffoon just because he paid? Of course not. Nor the bloke who barks beer fuelled obsecnities at the Zac's and Raph's and whoever else's of the world.
They're shitbad cowards who make life unnecessarily unpleasant, particularly for bloke like me who like to take his kids to the footy.
"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'
First game for the year and had the unfortunate pleasure of sitting in front of a group of nitwits who as soon as raph came onto the ground started giving him crap even though he hadn't touched the pill!!!!
Supporters like this give me the absolute irrates! And dont get me started on the groans from the crowd whenever the ball was kicked forward in a hurry only to see it go into the hands of the freo players! People just didnt seem to understand that they had no-one forward of them at times and needed to get rid of the ball quickly before getting pinged for holding the ball! Sometimes i think that they have no idea about the game!

Must admit buckets, that is my pet hate. When people complain about the quick kick out of the pack in the last line of defence. Sometimes the only option in that situation is to jam it on the boot and get it as far from goals as possible, and we are very good at chasing it out and putting preassure back on the entry kick IMO.
Some people just watch the play directly and do not watch the whole ground, shouldnt be to hard on them though, everyones understanding and observations of the game are at different levels.
Important thing is that they are passionate enough supporters to attend games and put money in the coffers, the more the merrier at the games no matter how much there barracking annoys you i say.

So sick of the Zac bashing what has he done wrong really??
Had a similar clown sitting in the bay next to me right on the fence. when Zac came off for a rest this fool stood up and screamed get off and stay off!
Thankfully he was met by a flurry of abuse from a number of surrounding supporters.
Seeing as we were seated in bay 16 right in row A the players walking the sideline with the trainers after they come off walk right past us. So when Zac walked past I called out to him and told him this guy has something to say to you. Zac turned around and the gutless maggot sunk back in his seat and didnt say a word for the rest of the game.

"Just kick the bloody thing...OH WHO WAS THAT TO????" is a good 'un too
You can tell the Raph-bashers..they have a certain way of saying "Clarke" when discussing him or mentioning him during the game. No Christian name, no nickname..just "Clarke", spat out like hes a relative of Carl Williams
