He's fired-up, alright, he could play a game everyday this week and kick 5 in each one!!!!!saintsRrising wrote:Worked in the Social Club too after the Freo game too . Made the big fella smile....Moccha wrote:Oi oi oi!saintsRrising wrote:Kosi, Kosi, Kosi...

Gold Fish have great awareness and pick their food of the deck without using any hands, pretty decent effort I say!!!!! And all well filled with liquid, like to see you try that!!!!!Beekay wrote:The awareness and ground skills of a gold fish.Praying he can flick that switch on and dominate! There's still time and opportunity for Kosi to kick 70 goals.

Your allowed to ask, he'll kick 5, though!!!!!saintspremiers wrote:I'd be happy if he kicks 3, gets 15 touches and a few hitouts in the ruck, doesn't get reported or injured.
Is that too much to ask?

koz has to play the 'foil' , more often than not.
i think it frustrates him , that he's not 'the' focal point.
now he knows ... its him.
i feel kosi will blow us all out of the water this year.
he's played :
in 2009: 23 (of 25)
in 2008: 22 (of 25)
in 2007: 19 (of 22)
thats 64 out of a possible 72 games in the last 3 seasons.
he's ready ...its now or never ... and , imo , he knows it.
(and he owes me. )

While Kosi getting a bag himself would be nice...our forward line functions better with a big competitive key forward in it and in particular as we currently have 3 smalls in Milne, Mini and Schneider.
We need Kosi to work hard, present a lot, bring the ball to ground if he does not mark it, and split a few packs etc...and yes a couple of goals with any more than that a bonus.
Have Kosi in the forward line should also present a few opportunities for BJ to sneak forward for a few marks as well.
We want a spread of goal-kickers.

Well only a little..I expect him to lead more...and a bit further up the ground..but no not doing as much running as Roo.bigcarl wrote:correct. his role will not change.saintsRrising wrote:While Kosi getting a bag himself would be nice...our forward line functions better with a big competitive key forward in it and in particular as we currently have 3 smalls in Milne, Mini and Schneider.

Also when Roo plays he has to try and keep clear.
Kosi now will be the main man, that others will structure around.

Really, wouldn't have picked thatTazzieSaintGirl83 wrote:Im a real fan of the big fella, would love to see him come out firing this weekend.
Come on Kosi
Can't wait to see the big fella back in the side and would have felt that way even if Roo was still in. As long as he does what Ross asks, is all I care. And lets face it, none of us know what that is

Looking forward to seeing him out there again, it feels like ages...
Not sure if we want him to kick a huge bag though do we, I'd like to see the midfielders continuing to contribute, and to be less reliant on the big guys.
I realise it was unusual circumstances, but there was only 6 goal kickers on Saturday night. Be nice to get back to having 10 or more like the first couple of rounds.
Go Kosi!!!

Alphabetti Carlisle will probably play on him, he is a good athlete and it will suit him if Kosi tries to lead out of the goal square all day, I would expect to see him come out higher and push back towards the square goal side of Carlisle and use his height and protect his space, also think the quick kicks in to the forward line like the one from Gwilt on Sunday will really suit Kosi, they make all and sundry just fly at the ball rather than try to look after their direct opponent, not many in the game that take pack marks like Kos.
Big game for the big man, never lost faith in him yet, not about to start now.
