Should. I'm awaiting another tribunal inconsistancy though. Frankly, I couldn't care less what happens to him, but in the light of the difference between such incidents as Trent West's bump on Xavier Clarke, and Kings hit on whoever, I'm interested to see if a heavy penalty is handed down.

for a charge laid on testimony by a Fremantle trainer who at the Tribunal stated he didn't actually see the incident.

IMO the charge should have been thrown out then and there on the basis that there was no basis to lay a charge in teh first place.
Once the Freo trainer stated he didn't actually see the incident, all discussion should have ceased.
