Bakes has only been in for one, I'd be surprised if he was out. (Though Dempster is after only one.) Joey, Gilbo and Chips are the other three I could see missing. Smith could fill for Joey; Johnson and Gwilt could take spots in the backline.SainterK wrote:I was thinking maybe Baker?plugger66 wrote:Surely others from inside the squad could also be rested or be carrying a slight injury.borderbarry wrote:Heyne, Lynch, L.Fisher, Will Johnson and Gaertner come into the squad, with Goddard and Reiwoldt out. Only two will play. I hope it is out of Heyne Lynch and Johnson.
It's only pre-season and only Freo, so who cares? Last week's team was too strong, good to see some kids in the squad this week.
That will be the indicator if Mark Harvey is really trying to win or not, he is due for his scheduled rest according to his rotation plan.matrix wrote:http://www.afl.com.au/news/newsarticle/ ... fault.aspx

Surely Sandilands will play. It may seem silly coming from a Sainter, but if any club should be striving for whatever success it can get then Freo should...
"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'
