Re: BOG Last Night
Well there was a votes thread last night but once again it degenerated in to a feud. Police will be investigating whether alcohol was a factor. The Fireman wrote:I haven't read the papers yet or seen the TV , I went to the game.

My best were:
5. Jones
4. Milne
3. Gwilt
2. Gilbert
1. Goddard

Jones totally shut down McVeigh.Spinner wrote:Jones played on McVeigh? Am I correct?
And did Gwilt have some time on Goodes?
Both had under 10 possies and no effect on the game!!! Blake also played on Goodes for a bit....
Good Work!
Gwilt was awesome but his 2nd half was quieter than the first, and that is not a criticism. He and Milney were our best in the first half. I say Milney because he was making up for the non existence of Kosi. Rooey busted his behind again and took 10 marks and used Milney beautifully in the 2nd half. Milney was very team oriented and his goals were well deserved. Stanley nearly scored as many Dream Team points in one quarter than Kosi did for the whole game. Without an uncontested goal and that tackle in the last seconds when he came off the bench Kosi may have scored negative points.

Worst on ground = DEMPSTER...
Worst on ground = DEMPSTER.
I cant believe they keep trying to play him up forward. He is like a rabbit in the head lights playing forward, if he is to play he should be back to release GODDARD or GILBERT forward.
