I'm going to bed now RodgerFox.
It is clear that you have no evidence to back up your accusation of yipper or B4E being a liar.
Two independant sources have corroborated what Harvey said, you came on and called them liars.
You then took over a day to reply and then it was with no evidence but your hearsay.
Really your accusations are baseless and you, have been found out once again.
Pretty dissapointing RodgerFox to accuse two individuals who independently said the same thing but not have a skerrick of corroborated evidence to back it up.
No evidence, no trascript of the interview, no link, RF your credibility has really flown out the window.
Really, a very poor effort, and you should be embarrassed.

Gee.
You're a liar. No YOU'RE a liar. No you're a liar. But I said you were a liar first. No you didn't. Yes I did. F++ckin liar! Ouch! Why'd you hit me? Because you called me a liar. Mum! He hit me? Did you hit him? Yeah, but he called me a liar! You shouldn't have hit him though. But Mum! Oh shut the f**k up and go outside and play or something, I'm busy...

Prove your accusation. The burden of proof is on you.
If you dont have a link, your accusation is baseless and cannot be proven.
Link please or stop calling people liars.
You made the accusations.
let the forum see the link - if you have one.
They are lying if they claim that club legend, Robert Harvey said in an interview that Ross Lyon is the best coach he's ever had.
If you think I have the slightest urge to prove anything to a chubby little accountant, then you are in for a rude shock.
I had no idea that you make stuff up on a forum and it is considered true by sad and angry adults unless someone proved otherwise.

Please try and stay on topic.
I understand you dont have any corroborating proof of what you said.
Your credibility is shot and now your are deflecting and spinning like crazy.
You accues people of being liars but then have no proof to back your claim.
Very good
I just want you to prove your accusations.rodgerfox wrote:I had no idea that you make stuff up on a forum and it is considered true by sad and angry adults unless someone proved otherwise.
Bizarrest behaviour is accusing people of lying when you have no proof to back up your claim.rodgerfox wrote:What a bizarre and odd world we live in.
It is absolutely bizarre and strange behaviour. Almost seems like a compulsion or a personality disorder.
There was no need to get defencive RodgerFox, no need to get personal.
Most sensible people would think it perfectly reasonable for the sake of credibility to provide substantive and corroborated proof to back up a wild allegation.
Obviously you dont....
or cant
Nice one RF.
Found the link. Oh and while you are at it could you give me your definition of a "standard" corporate structure? I dont think you got around to answering that question?

In 2009 Roo was named AA captain, Ross Lyon was voted by his peers as coach of the year, Lenny came third in the brownlow.

Saints communication breakdown
By Chloe Saltau (The Age)
May 12, 2005
Veteran St Kilda midfielder Robert Harvey should not have taken the field last weekend, coach Grant Thomas conceded yesterday, as the Saints continued to search for solutions to their injury crisis ahead of this weekend's arduous trip to play premiership favourite West Coast in Perth.
Thomas said a failure of communication between the player, the training services department and the coaching staff was responsible for Harvey, 33, playing against Geelong last Saturday when he probably should have been rested.
The dual Brownlow medallist suffered his second hamstring injury of the season and could miss up to a month.
Of course the great RF believes that GT had nothing to do with our shocking soft-tissue injury rate back in 2005...
Now what was that comment again about playing players that might not be fully fit...marching on Linton St and having heads roll!!!

Before claiming any special level of tolerance or patience, I'll admit that it's easy to think fondly of everyone at the game in early February.saint66au wrote:...
Funnily enough I too hear those same people, and yes occasionally they set my teeth on edge too. Youre right, these folk are the heart and soul of our Club. They pay their dues and they can barrack (with the exception of outright abuse) as they choose
My resolution for 2010 is to remember that "in the heat of the moment". Should I not, feel free to lean across and remind me of this post

Come on RodgerFox, stop hiding, stop dodging. You called two members here liars, but you cant back it up.

Stop dodging and give us the links that proves they are liars.

According to some, there is little worse than a liar.
Therefore, calling someone a liar is a very serious accusation to make....
And to make it falsely, or without basis, must be considered a terrible error.
An honourable person would either simply produce the evidence, or offer an apology and move on.
(but then, that goes for calling a cancer patient a weak f*n wad too)

yes, you would think that someone who has stated that they find a liar the worst thing a person can be, and who then accuses someone or in this case, two people of lying, they would produce substantive and corroborated evidence or would offer their humble apologies.markp wrote:According to some, there is little worse than a liar.

I mean it is a very big accusation. I dont know if what RF said is true or not, I would genuinely like to know from a corroborated source, because RF seems adamant. I would have though that most reasonable observers would have agreed that the burden of proof is on the accuser, in this case RodgerFox.
However it seems RodgerFox has gone all quiet when challenged hoping to move on to the next "controversy" and to call someone else a liar on that thread or threads.

And, as you point out markp, no honour.

He certainly didn't at the time of that disgraceful personal attack, which states an awful lot about the character of this internet personna masquerading as a Saints follower on a Saints forum.
But back to the OP, which has been neatly hijacked.
In this case,
I SUPPORT THE CLUB, COACH and CAPTAIN.
Totally agree. Why would we want to get rid of posters who have an opinion even if I think it is flawed. Couldnt stand a site where we just all have one big love in.meher baba wrote:I don't have much time for rf and his convolutions, but I don't think it's fair to say he attacked a "cancer sufferer". Perhaps he should have apologised. Perhaps he did privately: I don't know.
But this is a forum of anonymous posters (albeit that some know each other in real life). As with the nonsense about White South Africans on the GF, we all need to stop taking offence on our own behalf, or that of others, in relation to posts by people whom we have never met, and possibly will
never meet, and perhaps aren't even who we think they are.
As some who have recently posted on this thread would be well aware, it wasn't so long ago that we had two identities flaming off at each other and whom I strongly suspect were both being operated by the same person.
I'm sick to death of the "tar and feather him and run him out of town" attitude some seem to have towards rf.
If he wasn't here, calling you "liars", you'd all miss him I reckon
