Is Lenny injured?

Post: # 876096Post supersaints »

According to a Damian Barret in todays Australian Lenny is supposed to have a stress fracture of the foot and likely to struggle to play for the next six weeks?... don't like that......

Can you post the link? I can't find it anywhere. I thought he wrote for the Herald/sun?

If he is injured, better to be early Feb I guess. Stress fractures can go on for ages though. Hope the story isn't correct and the injury isn't that serious.

The piece about Lenny is at the bottom of the article.

I hope it is not as bad as Denham makes it seem....we all know how much a difference an interupted pre season makes.

He also missed the first game last year with an injury and came third in the brownlow. I wouldnt be worried at all. Afterall he is an old man.

I've had a stress fracture in the back... those stress fractures cause a lot of pain ... as Matt McGuire would know! I hope Lenny doesn't have one.

Your right nothing to be concerned about we've got plenty of players ready to jump in his place. Besides he didn't have much impact in 09 and judging from your medical background it's all under control.

They didn't mention it in the Herald Sun's 'SUmmer Sizzlers' article.

I think if it was serious, it would be big news.

Can someone please post a physio pic of a leg just so that we can all see the difference between a hamstring and a foot. And a tear/strain and a stress fracture.

I'll go with plugger's versionat this point !!

NEW scarf signature (hopefully with correct spelling) will be here as soon as it arrives !!

I think Milton was refering to Sould the little known Iranian rover we secretly drafted last November

From the Age:

ST KILDA

Camp: Dromana/ Mornington Peninsula, Feb 3-4
Intra-club: Feb 12, 5pm, Linen House Oval, Moorabbin
NAB Cup, Rd 1: Collingwood, Feb 19, Etihad
Injuries: Robert Eddy (ankle) and Jesse Smith (ankle).

i.e. NO INJURY TO LENNY - at least thats wat the age reckons! Hope they are right!
