Yes, only one per household. I don't know how they choose who to send it to. Ours was addressed to our oldest daughter. She is not the credit card holder, hers is not the first birthday of the year, and her name doesn't come first alphabetically, so it appears to be a random process.
Hmmm, interesting. Not that it matters, but I was just interested to know how they do it. Must be random as you say. Maybe its the person with the lowest membership number - that fits in my case, what about yours?

i can remember in past years me and the girl both got one and were both interstate members, paid on one c/card delivered to the same addy.
we both got the silver flat tin that year too (cant remember which year).
maybe its changed now.
