The Brisbane game in July sounds good to me.
its school holidays so try taking the week off if you are not a student.

Definately planning on going to the Round one game in Sydney with the family and making a bit of a holiday out of it. At this stage we are planning to drive up and stay with some friends and visit some other places on the way there and back.
I've only ever been once to an interstate game...the infamous "sirengate" game down in Tassie. In that case we bought the tickets from the ground from memory, weeks beforehand, and bought reserve seats.
Does anyone know how the ticketing process works with tickets for the Sydney game? Would prefer to sit with other saints fans.

this will b my first interstate game and im onli 18 woo!
Assuming there is an after match funtion nearby (there usually is in Sydney) and you want to go, then you need to be staying near by or not go to the aftermatch at all as the trains don't run that late from Olympic Park and I would imagine the cost of a cab ride to the city from there would be huge.
Having said that, the hotels in Olympic park aren't all that cheap.
