When Maguires delisting was announced yesterday this thought crossed my mind as he would likely have been delisted with the other blokes. I suspect our piggy bank is being scoured at the moment to get a few bob to offer Ball.

if ball was on 600k (overs)
we've delisted maguire (150k) and clarke (>210k)

i suspect bally wants to stay but that he wants a 'reasonable' wage.

question is: is 350k a reasonable wage for a part time player?
is a 'reasonable' wage for bally (who will arguably play part time) 400k?
or, does he want >450k?

If Ball does not stay, I wonder what that means for the draft (with Goose now cut)...2 extra kids in the National or 2 in the PSD. I wonder if the club has their eye on someone like a Jesse Smith?
