Who In PSD?
I think this year there will be a few players that will go in PSD, so i would assume we will save a pick to get someone
Who is worthy of a pick albeit we will be near the end, but some teams would rather kids, our window is now and we must pick up someone that will suit us
Players of note:
Bradshaw
Ball
McDonald
Tuck
Brown
Robertson
Buckley
I know there will be more, but does anyone else know any other players that will enter this draft that could be worth a punt?

I can think of quite a few but I'm going to start a new thread for each player who has been delisted.Batnoe wrote:I think this year there will be a few players that will go in PSD, so i would assume we will save a pick to get someone

If you mean Shane Tuck, I think he's still contracted for a year at TigerlandBatnoe wrote:I think this year there will be a few players that will go in PSD, so i would assume we will save a pick to get someone

Don't think the bigtime Hawker would tip out Travis Tuck

there seems to be a common denominator here.... injuryBatnoe wrote:I think this year there will be a few players that will go in PSD, so i would assume we will save a pick to get someone

bradshaw - carry some and in the later part of his career
ball - hampered the past 3 years or so
brown - didn't play a lot this year
robertson - has had plenty as well
i'm still undecided if we should keep ball, but wouldn't touch the other three (or harris, or smith, or tenace)
most are delisted and there for a reason...

Draft Scott HARDING...
IMO Scott Harding Brisbane Lions is the man we should target. Would give us run and carry, can play inside or out and has pace and kicks long goals. I think he suffered at the Lions through not having a consistent go at it. I cant believe they delisted him ???
If he is not available then McDONALD or TENACE would provide good depth to our medium sized mids....

Agree, although I reckon Tenace will wind up in amateurs or something. Some guys just aren't quite good enough.WinnersOnly wrote:IMO Scott Harding Brisbane Lions is the man we should target. McDonald and Harding would both be good but you;d reckon they'd be gone before we got a chance at them.

I dont think we will enter the PSD, IMHO our National Draft will be uneventful as it is with our list looking pretty good for 2010

Should we really be contemplating taking the 15th best reject/rebel in the pre-season draft.
14 other clubs overlooked him or did not want him but St Kilda does.
Who are you kidding.
St Kilda will not participate in the pre-season draft except if they use it to have another look at which youngsters remain after the national draft.
