Could I have the link for the story, thanks.
I hope the trade goes through in time for Fev to make it to 'schoolies' on the gold coast.
One thing though - if he cracks the shytes during a game it will be interesting to see Brown 'counsel' him.
Actually Brown could be a good 'big brother' for Fev... he wouldn't want to try any crap, and he wouldn't be alive for long if he did to Brown's missus what he was supposed to have done to Judd's.
If you think a forwardline with Roo, Kosi and Fev is top heavy, try one with Brown, Bradshaw, Fev and no crumbers
ROBERT HARVEY A.K.A The Great Man, Banger, Harves, Ol' Man River...
384 games, 4 B&F's, 3 EJ Whitten Medals, St.Kilda Captain, 2 Time Brownlow Medalist, 8 Time All Australian, 2nd Highest Brownlow votes poller.... The greatest of ALL TIME!!
Wasn't there 'whispers' going around at the beginning of the week that Brown would walk if Bradshaw was traded....?? Trying to keep up with the BS going around in trade week is almost a full time job....
I reckon Carlton will be desperate to get this deal done, because if he doesn't go to Brisbane, they can change their saying from "they know we're coming" to "they know we're at least 3 years away from being a genuine premiership chance, if Fev leaves and we don't get someone like Bradshaw to replace him."
If they don't get someone like Bradshaw to replace him they'll have a "second rate" forward line, like the Doggies have had for years.

I still think their backline lacks
Mmm, lets trade for another mid in McLean when it is our strongest suit.... I love the way Carlton think..
Recruit another forward to help Fev + an exciting backman.

One of our players said we're in the mix.....he tends to be a bit 'erratic' post season though,so we'll take it with a grain of salt
Interesting......remember, the deal can't go through if Rischitelli and Bradshaw don't agree. Think the next 2 days are going to heat up a little.

Dunno, I'm still not sold on it...
Someone mentioned on SEN today that Fev is used to all the forward delivery and cracks the la-la's if they don't come his way....let's see if he can share shall we?
does anyone else think that the lions will be the real deal next year if the fev/bradshaw trade happens?? brisbane are obvious winners in that trade bradshaw has 1 maybe two years left and fev could have up to 4.

I think so.
Leunberger to come back....mids like Black/Power and Rich..........its their backline thats a tad suspect but scoring power will be immense.
