We should appreciate and be proud of the efforts of all our players - but at the same time we should always be looking at opportunities to improve the team further, certainly once the dust settles.

As a famous coach used to say "Be dissapointed, but don't be disheartened"

We should have won this, and we'll never get that one back, but we know we are capable of making grand finals and winning them, because we played well enough to do so.

Don't be satisfied with the result this season, but be pleased with the improvement.

Stick with the boys and hopefully they salute in 2010. We will enter the season as the best team in the comp, let's keep the rest of them at bay.

I think the posting on here has been excellent since the GF ended.

The Cousins thread was one of the few real Barry Crocker's since then.
