I'm heartbroken about today. I can only imagine what the players are feeling right now.

But I have absolute faith in Ross Lyon, the support staff and the players for 2010.

I hate that i love st kilda so much! I've been crying for a solid 2hrs.

I'm just guttered...and i hate when people tell me its just a game...because those few hours its not just a game. Everything rides on it.

I turned my phone off for 2hrs and my family haven't been able to contact me... in desperation they rang my friend i was with. I'm home now ... but my family are driving down tonight 5hrs away just to come and get me and take me back to NSW. I'm absolutely shattered... but in times of need,.... my family is all that counts and as long as i'm healthy ... football will just be what it is a game.

Today is a learning curve for me to take a step back and enjoy the things we take for granted... the people we love and our health.

Saints we need to be unified for all those who are doing it tough. Hang in there. May we share happiness one day together!

was a great year following the saints - so many highs, made me proud to be a sainter.
heres to next year going that one step further.
and wish the whingers and blamers (a minority on here thankfully) would suck it up for at least today - but i guess we all deal with it differently.
love our saints - proud of them all!

it makes me really proud to be a saints supporter reading posts like these

thanks guys, although i don't think anything will take away the pain of losing a game like that, knowing that (most) supporters are this LOYAL is heartening.

Give me a break! The better team did not win today, the luckier team did! Make no mistake, we were better. Absolutely heartbroken right now, but will be at Etihad tomorrow to thank the boys for an absolutely magnificent season!!!!

These posts are not the moans and groans of "coulda, shoulda, woulda" woe is me and all that crap! NO just mental toughness and defiance and a determination to succeed next year!!! You are wonderful! and I now need a tissue!
