Mooney advocates Cats trying to take out Roos knee

Post: # 825753Post joffaboy »

On that crap ch 7 footy show.

Pretended to be joking.

Should the AFL investigate this deliberate threat to try and seriously injure a player in their showpiece?

It was something I would expect to read by some 15 y.o. on bigfooty - not an AFL football.

And if it is OK to deliberately target players knees - should the Saints go for Handball Jnr and others knees?

Lance or James??

There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)

It's just mind games, let them talk.....

I'd rather we remain quiet.

With a wrecked knee due to the Cats targetting it?

Geelong are above that, I'd be very suprised if Geelong used those tactics.

Surely you're joking?
Mooney, Scarlett, Milburn and Rooke.
Watch for them all attmpting to 'take out' our more influential players if they see an opportunity.

Lenny Hayes drops the knees into the back all the time.

We aren't above it either.

Gotta have someone quick enough to catch him first....... :D

Don't worry, Roo has plenty of support around him. Kosi, Milne and Schneider will be watching his back.

Interesting. Seems like everyone is targeting Roo for this one. Hopefully they are that focused on him that the game slips right past them!

When they created LENNY HAYES (in the shadow of Harvs) they forgot to break the mold (again)- hence the Supremely Incredible Jack Steven!!

4 seconds into the game in Round 14 - Mooney steams in off the HF line and tries to clean up Gram.

It'll be on this week, I cannot wait!

Precisely.

In the last game of the year, you can be sure that whatever one side does the other will reciprocate.

I advocate that Kosi splits a pack using his knee in the back of Scarlett's head, an dthat GArdi take care of Mooney.

How about everyone targets everyone and gets carted off the park and the flag goes to us as minor premier?

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

Let them have a crack. I reckon there will be a few reports out of this game. Three players on our side are a big chance to start a rumble. They are the two rucks and Bakes.

I'd love nothing more than too see a few of there players splattered across the boundary. I'm talking the likes of the little sook,Mooney,Chapman(cos he's so good), Stevie gay, and finally Max 'mad dog' Rooke. They all love him down there,as we would probably too if he played for us,but there would be nothing more satisfying than seeing they're hard man get clobbered and put into lah lah land, as we pile on the goals

Roo wants this win sooooooooooo badly he'll still score six on one leg....

The scene in Monty Pythons Holy Grail springs to mind...."that's just a flesh wound!"
