excellent game by cj. he's been a sensation all season and must be one of our most reliable players.

He pretty much kept us in the game in the first quarter. The amount of time he was able to win the ball was fantastic. He also showed great composure through traffic.

Yep, he was our premier midfielder at a few points early on... luckily Hayes and Dal Santo were able to help him out thereafter :)

Formally known as a hack, CJ kept the football club in it in the first half

His disposal might not have been clean 100% of the time however he was first to it always

Was mostly on Cooney and did the job yet again.

He is the best STOPPER in the competition.

My hat goes off to this guy.

I didn't think he had it in him, but he has a fantasic work ethic, and his skill under pressure have improved enormously.

Well done CJ!

aside from the obvious roo, hayes, dal, and chips dominating, i thought:

cj and cooney had almost identical stats - but watching it, i'd say cj got more hard ball - win!

baker blanketed aker - win

gardiner - dominated the hit outs - win

I still think he is a smokey for the B&F - he does his role -EVERY week.

In what's been a break out season he played his best game for the club in a Preliminary Final.

Super effort from CJ 10 CLEARANCES!!

Can't believe it's the same guy who was playing like a klutz last year. His disposal is still iffy at times, but then so is Lenny's.

I reckon CJ's evolution into an A grade player is one of Lyon's greatest achievements. And full credit to CJ too: nobody has ever wanted to be an AFL player more, and he's just worked and worked and worked and got there.[/u]

He was involved in the last goal as well, as he kicked it long in the forward line.

A great game again, kept his opponents reasonably quiet and got alot of the ball himself.

After watching the replay, wow what a fabulous game he played. His second and sometimes third efforts at the ball were fantastic. He looks great doesnt he when he emerges from a scrum of players with the ball. He has had a great year and correct me if I'm wrong but has he missed a game this year
