I only noticed one slip up and it wasn't his fault. Gilbert shouldn't have had his back to the ball, eyes on the footy at all times.

Garry Lyon has real trouble finding positivity in footy unless it's a star like Judd or Buddy. He just pots players from the commentary box. Usually he'll focus on one player, usually one already in the spotlight. Straight out of the Robert Walls school of commentary.

Just finished watching the replay. The seven commentators seemed to enjoy the spectacle without getting stuck into players. Dawson made a few errors. They didn't crucify him for it. He was also instrumental in keeping a bulldogs side to less points than inside fifties. The defence was under siege, but they stood tall.

Gary Lyon is a chump. And to think there was once talk of him coaching us. Zac was fine, imo. He was no better or worse than the players that weren't in our top 5.

Nervous early but had an awesome third quarter. There was a hawks fan sitting near me and he couldn't believe they let him go. Really happy with his game.
