SEATING PLANS..FINALS Weeks 1-3

Post: # 805607Post saint66au »

sheesh...no wonder "standard" are the same price..there are way less of them!!

ALso..lots of seats that were "Prime" last year have been upgraded to "Premium"

So much for the AFL spin

Let's just hope the media pick up on this - but as is usual for finals time, they suddenly become all compliant!

Also, what I have never understood is why the Week 1 Elimination (read: "filler") finals are not cheaper than the Qually (read: "relevant") finals??

Does anyone understand that??

Surely for neutrals they'd far prefer to go to a Qually than an Elim final???

I can never understand their logic regarding 'best' seats.

If I was seated in Premium at back of bays m1-5 i would be very unhappy. Knowing those in the better seats in front paid less??

Also, how can they think the seats on level 1 behind goals are as good as those at back of top deck???? Very happy to sit level one, but hate the nose bleeds at back of top deck....

Logic always amuses me.

At the end of the day, as long as I am there I suppose...

I think you'll find the "standard" seats behind the goals are the Cheer Squad seats..with the one directly behind them classified as "standard" cos of the restricted view casued by the flags and banners of the CS

Yeah, but i would still rather sit there than at the back of the top deck ;)
Probably more amused with the seats at the back of level 1 being classed as better than those in front of level 1... i guess they think being out of the weather makes them 'better' which I suppose is true if it is a crap rainy day... but if sunny... nah... :)

last year the "open" sections of the GSS bottom deck were classified as "Prime" and the Undercover sections at the back "Premium"

This year theyve lumped them all as one price..the higher price of course!

Standard that has to be false advertising.

The back of the top deck are definitely SUB-STANDARD.

Prime that has to be false advertising.

The front of the top deck are definitely STANDARD.

Premium that has to be false advertising.

Level 1 and level 2 are definitiely PRIME.

Honest government that has to be false advertising.

Don't wait for our corrupt governments to act.
They will be sitting in the corportate suites of the AFL, now those are definitely PREMIUM.

What's the point of buying a prime seat ?
There is literally no difference between it and standard ... maybe 4 or 5 rows

that may have been cause there was a big up rising from people who bought the most expensive membership with gf tickets guaranteed being sat in the 4th level while some GA got level 1 tickets !

you do not get a choice of which seat you get ! hence why you got to make sure that you have enough money in the bank
