I think I'd rather a Bulldogs win

Lions have too many weapons for my liking.

Not that I think we couldn't beat either.

Bulldogs: Break even in midfield = win. They don't have great key forwards

Lions: Have to win midfield in order to deminish supply to Brown and Bradshaw = win
Break even in midfield = backmen must play well

that being said, i won't be supporting either, but rather watching and taking notes

Yeah good points...

Both will be good opponents ...

Lions seem to me to be the real smokey (odds wise) in the finals and I have a feeling that has got them firing for tomorrow..

I think the Lions will win, but I am unsure on what would be a better fit for us..

tall forwards V small forwards...

One thinks most on here will be watching this game tonight with interest.

I hope it's a good match to watch and wish for a hard and bruising encounter :)

Sting Sting owns the cranky pants, so until he carks it whilst cleaning Reincarnated's firm's toilets the cranky pants are still firmly belted to Sting Sting's skinny, femanine waist

As I said I'm supporting the medical staff tonight hoping they have a busy night, plus a busy night at the tribunal next week.
Theeasier next week is for us the better as far as I'm concerned.

I know they've come back from a few lately, but I'd say the Bears are shot.

Us Vs Dogs.

Yeah it looks that way, and there goes the possibility of Max playing IMO

To be honest who cares. Lets just pick the side that gets us to the GF. Anyone worrying about individuals need to follow the Saints pre 2004.

FFS I am NOT worrying about individuals ALL I stated was that Max's chance of playing is slim...

Not IMO.

Feels like Bears have gone in with their guns injured.

A mate at the game tells me it's a poor crowd too.

Let's hope the Bears fire up in the last and hurt a few Dogs.

Not really worried about them.

Can you actually read and comprehend ???

Do you have the ability to retain your thoughts??

Were you the poster that questioned me, only yesterday, about my thoughts on if Brisbane wins that Max is a chance of playing???

You were the one questioning me on other individuals only yesterday re my thoughts on Max replacing another player..

Gee, and now you state the above...

Your constant quoting of my posts and offering some flimsy response is becoming a little tiresome and boring....

To be honest, neither side looks impressive, Dogs still have no key forwards and will be under a lot more pressure next week.

I agree.

Cut out four of their players and they're just playing on youth and emotion.

Boyd. Cooney. Cross. Higgins.

They're my four to shut out.

The rest are :

1. youth playing on enthusiasm and will make mistakes (Ward, Callan, Hill?)
2. blokes playing on our guns who will kill them (Lake, Hargrave etc.)
3. older and playing on emotion (Johnno, Aker etc.)

The time is ours.

Bears would have worried me more.

Look after our own, if Dal gets a hard tag, someone needs to help him out. We need the smooth one to be on song against them in the middle.

And thanks Fid for putting this in the main forum. It deserves to be here.

47000, 4000 more than bulldogs vs swans in final last year at the G according to channel 7 commentator. I gues you get that when dogs have a smallish fan base vs an interstate team.
