Surely the main one is coming from behind against Sydney in the first game. Who knows what happens if we lost that one.

Well spotted with the BJ bump - absolute ripper - I even thought at the time "that's IT!"
They was cactus - and what about the BJ 1st term V WCE?

Winning in Adelaide in R2.

Overcoming Sydney in R1 was important, especially given our crap start.

But the Crows were up and about after their win on opening day, and we genuinely out-muscled them.

Set the tempo for the rest of the year.

Clueless and mediocre petty tyrant.

Never looked back after that.
I wonder what promises she made at 1/4 time ?

Beating Adelaide after a hard fought game against Geelong and a trip to Subi. Not only did we beat them when many tipped us to lose, we absolutely dominated them.

Hasn't yet occurred.

For me the wins against Collingwood Rd 7, Brisbane Rd 9, Geelong Rd 14 are the season defining games

And to some extent the 4th qtr come back vs Essendon in the Saints first loss was also a great moment of the season

Loved Zac's bump on Bazza, and dropping McVeigh shortly afterwards - announced his arrival.

But Gardi's mark and goal against Geelong was a huge statement, not just for him but for the club. It said, "we can match anybody and we're hungrier than you are". That snap of him leering at the crowd Maori-style with his tongue out is an enduring image too.

"... You want to pose a threat to the opposition in as many ways as you can, both defensively and offensively. We've got a responsibility to explore all those possibilities - and we will."
