she was outside the g playing our song dressed in our gear...as i walked by i saw a saints supporter hand her a 50 buck note.....she was slightly taken aback but slipped it into her back pocket as quickly as a pick pocket......all the time playing the pipes...i was impressed....... :wink: :wink: :lol: :lol:

Surely not, she's a busker and is making a quid.

Personally, and I know others opinions differ, but I reckon any of them add to the atmosphere.

In Europe last year buskers would pop up at random on trains singing, dancing, entertaining and making the place a whole lot happier.

Threw them a few euro's and we were all happy.

Relax and take it in, whether they support us or not.

look ...the atmosphere for saints supporters leaving the ground was electric......she added to the overall ambiance...she would have made a fortune...good on her.....she's a go getter...and a very pretty young lady.....

Someone rang in a radio station the other day and said her little boy made $85 in around an hour I think playing OWTS on his recorder outside Sandy station on Sunday! She said he was absolutely over the moon... Good luck to them all I say.

Yeah its a tough gig I agree, however what some people may not that these people with 1 skill are making in excess of $750 (tax free) a weekend at footy games and other various places

Couple that with the fact that I work 40 hours a week and make roughly the same I can see how people would dislike them

Ok, the link was made up in a poor attempt at humour...but this link works...

It will show you how to make bagpipes out of a garbage bag and recorders.

If you make some pipes, blow some pipes, wear a short dress and stand out the front of the G on grand final day, I'm sure you'll make a killing.
