Andrew McQualter take a bow.

I am not too sure of his stats, he wasn't BOG but his composure, awareness and game intelligence in pressure situations today really impressed me.

A real gem, and to think he was almost gone.

I gave him a couple of votes today, he was fantastic. And a few goals to boot.

Yeah, great stuff Mini. Really found his niche, its those type players that lubricate our team and keep on the pressure and the momentum.

Was excellent. Great goal from the angle. He is a smart footballer. Ist round draft pick that wasn't working out at one point. Is now.

Siren goes, we are five points down, with a mark 30 metres out on a 45 degree angle. I would give it to Andrew every time.

He may not be the highest possession winner, but when he does get it, he does most things right.

His pressure in the forward line makes the world of difference. It was an awesome kick from that angle too.

Dude, he has so much time when he has the ball. Probably more than Dal and Lenny...

Very trusting shot at goal too.

he and baker are going to be the players that allow our champions to win us the flag. His ability to work though traffic and also stick his tackles are so important. Quality not quantity

The silk worm, man that goal was incredible. He just has an awesome amount of composure, and just takes his time, and thinks it through while making excellent choices. Great game all up.

great game, fantastic to see mini really shine in a final.
agree with other posters, trust him with the ball in his hands, in traffic or in front of goal, also has the nice harveyesque dink into the F50 down pat

go mini! :D

If reputations are cut in finals, he is now an elite player. Really great game IMO.

Cometh the hour, cometh the Mini. :D

McQuality...has really becomea player since mid last year.

What he does is all quality.

Great tackler and is the nbest shot on goal in the team.

If he keeps this up, I might force one of my kids to put #32 on their jumper. A great story.

Some friends and I affectionately call him "Weener" because he looks like a small Banger.

Good on him, he's worked hard. Should be a lesson to supporters who are quick to write off young players that don't turn out to be a Judd.

Terrific game, gotta hand it to him for resurrecting his career. Has to be arguably our most reliable set shot at goal for inside 40m.
