Yeah great effort boys, thought Milne was deserving, only had a handfull of quiet games and won a few for us also.
Jason Blake must have been close, is so underated by many, 2nd highest marks for us this year, just works all day and is making better decisions overaal. Just thought he deserved a mention.
Could have been more of us in there.
Soooooo looking forward to Sunday.

There's no way Milne gets a spot. Le Cras miles ahead of him, Porplyzia and Davis just ahead. They're unlikely to pick more than three small forwards. I reckon the front six will be:Milton66 wrote:Will be interesting to see if Milne gets the nod ahead of Davis.
Davis - Riewoldt - Swan
Brown - Fevola - Le Cras

If they want genuine fwds, then LaCras and Milne. Davis and Swan have played mainly midfield this year.bergholt wrote:There's no way Milne gets a spot. how gardiner can't get a gig, his form in the first 16 weeks was the most influencial. Not suggesting he would make the final 22 but shuld have made the squad

Milne is however his overall output goals aside has been increased and its a credit that he has re-invented himself somewhatTassieJones wrote:lets not kid ourselves, we have 6 locks. The Saintsational Man wrote:I honestly believe Gilbert is a lock, am I alone on that?saints11 wrote:Certs Are Roo Joey BJ And Lenny
I think he's been amazing this year.
milney was pretty lucky to make the squad tho
Dane Swan is in the forwardline to accomodate another quality midfielder that might have missed out. Go figure it seems pointless and ruins credibility. Much like Spider playing in the forward pocket one year - quality pocketeer he was
Should be 6 locks and hopefully no Nick Maxwell. Reincarnated is miffed at how a player that gets the 5th best attacker who is usually a first year player, attempts to rough him up, runs around loose, spoils a bit, can't kick, can't mark, not fast and doesn't bounce get a nomination
However he like Campbell Brown might be the token 'tough man' back pocket awardee.
Tough men don't need to be told they are tough or show it with slapping, punching or taking out players. They just are
