trouble getting barcodes accepted HELP

Anybody else having trouble getting more than one barcode accepted,type in 6 but only first one accepted on next page when ordering tickets ,,Help me please,spent 2 1/2 hours already

Are you hitting Enter after each code. Then selecting one ticket for all of the six barcodes?

you should have the little box filled as such

111111111
222222222
333333333
444444444
555555555
666666666

Then highlight and copy them all as a block in case you want to remove and repeat. I had to for 30 minutes before I got the seats I wanted

ive got a ticket for M13 (plus N55)..so maybe M12 and 13 are saints bays

Have spoken to people who have M11 also so hopefully large block of saints on flank -wing area

Must have been somethng else as I always just cut and paste all my numbers in at one. Never had a problem with doing them in bulk.
