possible jumper clash for GF?
say we end up playing the Pies in the GF. the AFL will not let us get away in the home jumper and black shorts, along with them. someone will have to wear their clash wont they? the AFL treats collingwood like they are God, if we had to wear the clash would people be happy?
"Another storied win in Robert Harvey's career. They say he is the embodiment of their motto of strength through loyalty, and on the day he became just the tenth man to play 350 league games the saints reward him with a seemingly impossible victory."

seriously, can we worry about these kinds of issues in 6 weeks time?
Good to be confident but let's not just 'assume' we'll be there on GF day. lot of water to pass under the bridge between now and then.

There should be no clash jumpers used anytime, ever but should the AFL decree, this should be decided by who finished higher after 22 rounds, not by a coin toss!
Imagine finishing with 8 more wins after the home and away season than your Grand Final opponent and then being forced to wear a clash jumper.
That would be total bollocks!

Whilst watching (only 5min mind you) the reaply of the 97 GF i rememered how we wore our clash strip that day.. it was a disgrace!
we finished higher that year too so why did we wear that jumper instead of our traitional one like we should've!?
Firstly i want to make the GF but once in it there should be no way we wear a clash strip..

It is quite simple, the higher placed team in the finals is the home team.
They should where their home strip.
However a useless 1.6 million dollar a year boofhead has not required Collingwood to create a realistic clash strip.
Collingwood should be fined when it fails to wear a clash strip when required and excluded from the finals until they come up with a realistic one.
But then you don't get much if you pay a boofhead $1.6 million.
