Andrew Maher ... REMIND HIM !!
Andrew (FLOG) Maher, on Ch 10 at 1/2 time was so excited by Sydneys performance that he stated "Is this the LOSS WE have been waiting all year for".
I think we should ALL send him an e-mail informing/reminding him that he can keep waiting;

This is the letter I emailed to Andrew Maher:
Dear Mr. Maher,
Excited by Sydney's performance yesterday, at half time you blurted out, "Is this the LOSS WE have been waiting all year for?" As someone in the media, your job permits you to be passionate about football but not publicly passionate about or against any one, single football team. That would constitute bias and bias compromises journalistic integrity. But given that TV and radio coverage of AFL is for the most part made up of ex-players and not journalists or trained broadcasters, comments like yours are what the public has come to expect.
There is an entire archive of radio and TV commentating dating from the 1960s through to the late Clinton Grybus that, were you at all interested, in professional self-improvement, I suggest you consult. If you are open to learning a thing or two from real broadcasters and far superior media performers, such study may manifest itself in your own badly needed improvement.
Sincerely,
