Why was there no post match interviews, analysis etc?

We saw a quick interview with Joey, the song and that was it. Pretty lame really.

I suppose I now have to watch the even more pathetic 5th qtr for some post match stuff. More than likely will be on how good Sydney were and how good Geelong were to win.

in the last when Dals play on gets called back because there was no advantage.

NO F***** S***, THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN AN ADVANTAGE.

Jason Dumball must really hate Danny Frawley or maybe it is because he knows he wasn't as good as Plugger.
He sure hates anything St Kilda.
Continually demanding the umpires ignore the rules against St Kilda and then stretch the rules to benefit Sydney.

Look I understand that they have to make it exciting and sound exciting that is their job. However my biggest upset tonight was that they had the same tone of excitement over rooey being injured as they had when sydney got a goal. I have foxtel but turned it off and followed the game here. I like to watch all games of football not just ours and they give me the shats when I watch other games as well. Just call the game guys tell us whats going on. The game is exciting enough you dont have to make it exciting.

You don't have to watch or listen to it.

Why don't you do what I did, watch the game with a few mates and no audio.

Who needs commentators?

What a biased commentary.

Right down to when Alistair Lynch let's out an "on no!" when Monty picks up the ball and busts the pack in the final seconds.

As for you Dwayne Russell you TOOL..... you are the WORST football media personality going around by a country mile.... and that's not because you're anti-StKilda (even though you are).... it's because of the drivel that comes out of your mouth

I hate Foxtel commentary (except for G.Healy).

Hopefully our performances this year will ensure a heavy bias towards Channels 10 and 7 next year.

post of the year mate...i hate those see you next tuesdays.......

The story was the Swans and if they could knock us off. The commentators try to make it exciting for the nuetral viewer.

However Dwayne Russell barracking when Roo was injured was appalling. He was almost gleeful. Then the dire proclimation - "Oh its Ross Lyons worst nightmare - if Riewoldt is badly injured". ALmost willing Roo ro have a broken jaw or cheekbone.

It was appalling and unprofessional - but what do you expect from this amateur. Dwayne Russell is very poor - probably the worst commentator in the business.

Thought Lynch was fair and called it as he saw it.

Was very happy to hear how deflating Joeys was point was for Drain. :D

Lance or James??

The commentating was appalling. Absolutely no insights at all on the game being played except the obvious.

As for the camera work, well what the hell is going on there? It seemed they only have 3 cameras on the whole ground.

And can someone tell me what is the point of showing Paul Roos on the boundary instead of showing the actual game and maybe some replays?

I am so glad we won and shut them all up. !8-0. How Fantastic!
i have watch both the ten game ...well parts of it..and fox...it is the same telecast...ten's i believe.....

It's foxtel coverage.

Foxtel commentators, foxtel logos, I don't know how you could think it was Channel 10.

There was one time when the camera was off play for about a minute. I'm certain we missed a kickout, turnover and ball up.

It's Foxtel for goodness' sake, you should be able to press the red button and turn off the commentary.

It was Fox's coverage tonight. Channel 10 took Fox's coverage of the match for Sydney (and possibly other areas?).
