Leigh Tudor
Seems the media is not putting Leigh Tudor in the top 12 possibilities for a coaching job despite already having coached a premiership side in the VFL. I mean it doesnt worry me - I want to to keep him. Just funny how the hundreds of journos all paid full time salaries to be "experts" on footy can all be so thick.

Can the Mods delete this thread quickly please.
"...If there has been one recurring theme through this whole shocking mess, it has been the misguided, inflated egos and their ill-judged determination to cling to long-standing old boy friendships. The bad advice that has guided the selfish and culpable James Hird has not only punctuated this saga but symbolised it..."

Other possibility is you can spend a career as an good assistant coach but once you take on the top job you either succeed or fail.shmic_s wrote:imo he's a big factor in our improved forward structure and pressure
some people aren't natural leaders or he might not be good at handling stress or he just has no desire to be the 'face' of a football club
or maybe we should just be quiet....
More fail than succeed and if you fail your career is over.
Clubs don't seem to want failed senior coaches as assistant coaches.
Why would anyone take a risk with Richmond or North Melbourne.
Their club adminstrations are pathetic and the playing lists are not that hot.
Buckley could see this, he preferred to wait until he could get the Collingwood top job.
