Spot on the money....

One wonders just why that club are still registered as winning the premiership after they were found out to have cheated.

That Premiership should NOT count IMO

i would take that Deal in a Heartbeat...

WHEN we win this year, i dont care if we never won another game EVER!!!

I will be in Football Nivarna... I will live in the GG Huggins stand until they rip it down, I will then find a new home where all i will need is a TV and Foxtel IQ to watch it over and over for next 1000 years....

The only "price" to pay for a flag is:
To remain loyal and true through bad times and good, through joy and pain, through laughter and tears.
To stay the course when every instinct tells you to give up.
To go into work wearing your colours after a hiding and defy anyone to say there's a club more worthy of your support.
To endure the taunts and barbs from the media "pundits" and to STILL renew that card each year.
Mate I PAY the price! And so do thousands of others! I'll need no "genie" my TEAM will do it for me....THIS I KNOW!!!!!!!

Wonderful post!
You completely summed up my feelings for this club that I have loved for 35 years and now my children love!
On the journey for the next months and boy I am looking foward to it!

I want us to be the first side to win 100 league (not practice) games in a row. That should allow us to win the next 4 flags.

Then I would be happy.

To win the flag this year though will be the most special of all 4.

I once spent a year in Adelaide, I think it was on a Sunday.

This one has cropped up a lot in the last decade or so, but I stick it out cos I love this club so much.

And it's blloody worth it to watch us now.

Great post btw, Dave!
