first up
the loss: NO way. review each week and work to the next.
second
the forward/frontal pressure; now understand roles
marking- work on it or natural - works on it
Trade mark- Lenny mentioned- Only for group including coaches.
Luke:
NOT discipline- areas to work on and sure he will come back beter for it
what now till finals; as every other week
kicking-
gardiner
BJ-- beautiful delivery
wrist tap- not answering
the G-
performed well at big grounds- AAMI, subi and Goldcoast
Milney- forward pressure- top 20 for tackles
knee
( no Goose Question)
notes:he relaxed- moved and settled when asked about marking and found acomfort zone not involving a political ? club answer
Hirdy only got one question in.

i saw him at the zebras game on sunday. not sure how many sandringham games he gets to but i'm guessing he might have been there as a show of support for goose and ball.

greatly improved in his presentation, probably several reasons- age, maturity, an understanding of the team/Club aim and processesiwantmeseats wrote:Developed into a true leader yes. On a mission.Quixote wrote:^^^ I'm sure he's presenting like the great Captain he's become?
appears to now know he does have an answer without giving away too much, or can control the discusssion.

Roo was very guarded about the intellectual property. It was very interesting to hear him talking about the team-driven grading system that gave the team a grade out of 22. They put a tick or a cross next to each player. I wonder if they've been able to tick off 22 yet this year.
The re-stating that Luke Ball needs to improve some areas of his game was interesting. I don't think they broke any new ground there, but it was interesting to hear from a player rather than Ross. I'm only guessing here, but it has to be his work off the ball, doesn't it? Maybe his disposal. I think it shows how determined they are to get the very best out of every player.
A good answer on the 'need to lose' question as well. IMO we'll be much better off as a club if we never lose again. That's the extent of my brilliant analysis.

Yeah nah pleasing positive
The tapping of the wrist clearly means to take some time off the clock/play tempo footy.
Strange why he chose not to reveal what the meaning of it is...
I'm guessing it's because the "holding the ball up in the air" move is greeted with boos in every state and he doesn't want to attract the same reaction to the wrist tap.
