So far, so good. Injury lists for "Rounds" 23, 24,.... will tell the story I suppose. Our most serious injuries over the last five years have been knees (Luke, Aaron, Lenny and Brendon) and a leg (Matthew). Not much anyone could have done to prevent those. The same was the case in 1997. If we avoid those types of injuries I will be grateful.

You mean Marlena??? Wasn't she an actress??Banger2Plugger wrote:I am more concerned about the finals trend of loosing our ruckman for the G day.
Spider, Dietrich - I hope they all remember to keep their elbows pinned to their side!!
Perhaps it is big Carl Ditterich to whom you refer?? He did indeed miss the 66 GF - but it mattered not, as Bryan Mynott carried the rucks on that wonderful day. Big Carl played in the 71 GF.
I want to stand for something. I'm a loyal person and I think at the end of my career it will be great to look back and know that I'm a St Kilda person for life.

After reading that it's not surprising that Gram was dropped after missing a physio session.Riewoldt wrote:"Our guys have really improved in how they prepare and recover during the Monday to Friday leading into a game," he said. "That's been the area I think you've really seen an increase in the professionalism from the playing group, and staff as well.
They realise now how vitally important preparation and recovery is.
