Sautner is well and truly leading the VFL goal kicking. how old is he?

According to the commentators, Luke Ball hasn't starred but has "been involved" ... sounds like he's been solid but certainly the way they are talking, you would think Geary has been our standout player today.

Geary will put pressure on Eddy for his spot.

THIS

Ball may get the call if he did his job, and if Ross thinks he can help against sydney, which i think he can.

Luke Ball "did ok" ... "not much in the second half" ... "worked very hard" ... "probably had somewhere in the mid-20's" ... "worked pretty hard"

Was interseted because he was named forward pocket, not that being named usually has too much to do with where you actually might play.

Great to hear that the commentators thought that Stanley was possibly BOG. Ball, Geary, Miles and Armo all mentioned as being in the best. Great to hear that. Haven't hear Matty mentioned though.

Commentators talking up Stanley about being BOG.
Bally mid - 20's, solid but not outstanding
Geary one of the best
Leigh Fish a bit tight in the hammys - came off for the second half precautionary
Didn't comment specifically on Goose

Sautner 5, Tregear 4. Others to Summers, Goose, Jack Steven, Geary, Armitage. Not sure of the others.

How'd Jack go?

Great to see Stanley BOG. Plucked him out of nowhere on draft day and he sounds like an awesome prospect.

No mention of him as having any great influence

Had a look today. A quick comment on some players who could play in the AFL. Bally was good not great but did enough to be chance next weel. Goose was ordinary and couldnt play next week. Begley was good as was Geary who would also be a chance. Armo was also good but kicking was ordinary as was Miles kicking. Steven played well and Rhys was excellent. Leigh Fisher must have done the hammy again as he didnt play after half time.

Ball played midfield and did some goo things.

I would say the reason he was dropped is that he just stands there after he has had a disposal and does not move to the next contest.

I only realised this after being able to concentrate on him solely today.
He is very static after a disposal. Don't know why, he looks fit enough.

Can't see him coming back in a hurry after today.

Goose okay but not up to AFL standard. I have been told that he will get a game before the finals.

Saw the last 20 minutes only, and saw Sandy come from 1 point down to 5 goals up.

Cahill is definitely a goer, and has that agro a ruckman needs...
Thought Armo was important at the end, kicked a nice goal as well, probably the sealer....
Lynch moves very well, he positions himself well I reckon
Goose barely touched it, but barely got the chance...
Bally was in the middle moving at half pace, looked like he was just having a run personally...........
Not confident on all the numbers but didn't notice Miles or Steven....
I know it was the end of the game, but the kicking at that level is way down on AFL, the intesnity though wasn't...

We thought Jack Steven had a good game esp in the 2nd half, he really helped set up some scoring opportunities.. Stanley was good again and its great to watch him develop. Lynch did some good things in close too. Armo would be playing AFL if we didnt have such a strong team.

Milney was at the game and Burkie was having a kick at half time.

8-) Was a good day
