Strange game to watch - seemed like we were in control for most of the game (except the 3rd qrt?) mixed with some dumb mistakes - (handballing to stationary targets, no blocking,poor awareness, ) Yet we still win by 7+ goals - gotta love it.

We lairised a bit in that 3rd quarter and lost a bit of focus though it was to the boys credit that they were able to switch back on and run away with it

We did to Foostcray what we did to Adelaide last week. Not only did we destroy them on their forward line and, therefore, the scoreboard, but we also destroyed them psychologically. You only had to see the expressions on the faces of their coaches to know this. Both harboured hopes of winning a flag, but now both know that they have no chance (barring significant injuries to us) and are simply playing to make up the numbers. We had our weakest team in for the year and still won by 8 goals.
