According to the Fox Sports team, it was split webbing on his hands. After the match Schandzo and McQualter were talking to him and by their hand gestures it looked like they were right about the webbing.

They seemed to think that he could play next week, but to avoid splitting it again he might have next week off.

The hand to the back of the head? Pretty soft. Deserved the 50 maybe, but anything beyond that would be ridiculous.

Goose was in the SC tonight and spoke well...not that that influences selection.
