Who's going to win?
This is a really serious question that I need help with. I'm second in my tipping competition however I'm 5 points behind first place. With only 7 games left in the H&A I need to take some risks.
So! Should I pick the Crows?

We're 15-0, playing at home and we have a fairly short injury list. There's always the chance we'll lose, but why on earth would you tip it? You'll feel like a genius if you tip Adelaide and get it right, but if you don't, you're going to feel like a goof, especially if you get the other seven.
Yeah nah pleasing positive

I can see why a lot of the football world is tipping an upset. I've never hesitated in tipping against my beloved Saints if I had that gut feeling they would lose and originally the Crows were my tip. They are arguably in better form at the moment.
But now my money is back on the Saints. Why? It's hard not to back your team when they're 15-0 in July, but also, head-to-head, I still think we are a better team. Yes, I respect the Crows and yes, I wouldn't be completely surprised if we lose this game but when I look at where the Saints are at compared to where the Crows, it's still just business as usual for us but the Crows have been resorting to a few subtle mind games and are really talking up their chances.
So overall, I get the feeling they still fear us, so Saints for me.
COME ON SAINTERS!!!

score update.
1 yep
1 nup
3 fence sitters
Responding with a margin will be construed as a yep or nup for example responding with saints by 26 points is a nup.

Are the Crows in better form because they flog Fremantle by 120 pts and the Saints only beat the Eagles by 20?SydneySainter wrote:I can see why a lot of the football world is tipping an upset. Its subjective isn't it. Based on current form I can't see Adelaide beating us!
Another opportunity awaits!

Nup.
Saints easily IMO.
Crows have had a soft run and are away from home and we have the wood on them lately.
Saints are back home and will enjoy that, they will be looking forward to an improved effort after last week's tired display, and by the looks of the selections there might be a few new enthusiastic faces running around.
From all reports we've had a light week. We hould be pretty fresh.
King and Gardiner in the ruck versus a near debutante in Seller and a slow spud in Maric.
We are a FIVE win better side playing on our home track.
Even an unbiased tipster should tip the Saints.
To do otherwise is completely illogical.

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

and it it turns out to be a 'nup' because we win, i say 'yep' again for next week. wither the crows or dogs we are going to lose to.
but yep, crows look very nice this year.

"Another storied win in Robert Harvey's career. They say he is the embodiment of their motto of strength through loyalty, and on the day he became just the tenth man to play 350 league games the saints reward him with a seemingly impossible victory."
