FFS Ch7...... I want to see a game... I want to identify players...... I want to know where the ball is!

Forget this view from a passing satelite, lets get some close up football. :roll: :roll:

I was mostly impressed with the 30 seconds of Coaches box view in the last that got me really pumped - you and your sattelite shots pfft :P

gotta agree
thought along the same lines
also the close up the player breaking a pack with the camera folling him close up for about two or three 'one-twos'.....u have no idea whats happening down the field
very annoying

replay on fox in SA right now
im going again

Very strange camera angles sometimes. Not really sure why they would spend so much money on a camera that gives blurry and indistinguishable images. Waste of time and money.

The coaches shots were good though. Bomber looked gutted in the first quarter. lmao

they showed one good shot which i really quite liked:-
a sweeping arial over the saints faithful on level one with all the white, red and black scarves.
i liked that. it was really sweeping and captured the support on level one.

Have to agree, I hate watching the coverage on 7.

Awful commentary and shocking camera angles, makes me appreciate Fox Sports even more

That bloody Talyor injury made the game pad out until almost 6 o'clock.

The pricks got what they wanted.

I was hoping for a short game with a 5.40pm finish, so Channel 7 would have to fill in 20 minutes before the news....that's if they didn't cheat and start showing the game on delay in the last term......shiesters!!!

Yes that was bizarre wasn't it.

The overhead shots annoy me too. For a couple of seconds, sure it can be interesting. But it is really overused... reminds me of that experimental camera Channel 9 used a few years back at TD that Eddie was hyping up... only for it to be dismounted a few weeks later.

Spot on. But it is like that every week, with the commentators willing the opposition to beat us.

Commetti also sucks, with his pre-packaged, overly-rehearsed one liners. Constantly making reference to Hollywood movie stars and today some lame, inappropriate reference to Aretha Franklin. WTF has that got to do with football?

that's funny then because I just finished watching the same arial shots, long coaches box segments and the Bruce, Dennis and Leigh commentary team with the Fox 1 logo in the top right corner.

what gets me this week they were bragging on the people thru the turnstyles at the gates
huge numbers because of the games being played, and they (Brian taylor is was i think) say NRl and soccer and the NBL would all be wondering how to compete....

apparently the most watched and played game in the country and the tv coverage is pathetic.
its amazing
the league is run by a under the table handshake wally

and the song was shown on channel seven in adelaide
so blame the state/country ya in
