What can I Say Except
YES WE CAN, YES WE CAN, YES WE CAN, YES WE CAN, YES WE CAN etc etc.
What a great game and even better result.
Just a few notes, Michael Gardiner may end up being the most important recruiting coup for this club since Baldock.
Today's game was great for McEvoy, he got invaluable experience today and showed a bit.
Jason Blake was great, he showed his heart in the third quarter when he slipped, seemed certain Geelong would mark in front of goal but got himself to the contest and produced a sensational spoil.
Encouraging from Raph, did some good things under pressure, yes he made some mistakes, but he was very much on the positive side of ledger today.
Lenny is one of the elite mid fielders of the competition.
Roo is the best captain in the competition.
Geelong have a great weakness in their ruck and Ottens has missed too much of the season to make an impact and is fragile.
Watched the Collingwood and Essendon match Friday night, neither of them are in the same league as us or Geelong. Hopefully next Friday will show the Bulldogs way ahead of them.
Let's temper our celebrations and concentrate on West Coast now because this game is over.
Finally tongue in cheek, 14 rounds in and we still haven't beaten anyone above us!

What makes me happiest is just one thing....
We now know, that if we play to our potential.... WE ARE GOOD ENOUGH!!
If anyone thought that before today's game, I honestly think they were just hoping......
We had to test ourselves against the best..... we have.....and we have proven that WE HAVE THE CAPACTIY TO BEAT THE BEST.
It's only Rd 14 of course.... injuries / suspensions / form / earthquakes / tsunamis might still roll us.... but.... if we play to our potential with the bulk of our best 22 intact, we are as good a chance as anyone in 2009.
