Played an outstanding match for his 150th. Took some great marks on the last line of defense, I remember one very good spoil and was efficient with his ball use.

With the right match up (Hawkins etc..) he is a great performer and regularly beats his man.....problem is when Max plays...

Max takes Mooney
Dawson takes Hawkins

he is a VG SECOND tall defender

not a medium/small

Max needs to take Steve J, simple.
Blake is a better rebounder than Max now, and he thrived under pressure today.

Max has been a champion of our club, (and I love him) but if he can't take Steve J, then he will unbalance our side when we play the Cats I reckon.
