I got a feeling I’m right, with my answer. Apologies if I am wrong, but I am leaving shortly for the footy and want to leave a question……
The Night Series competition commenced in 1956 at Albert Park and continued at Albert Park until 1971.
I had mentioned before that the Saints won the 1940 Lighting Premiership, but….
What year was our next title? (our first night series premiership)
During this game, play was delayed at one stage, when a player chased an animal off the field…….
What type of animal interrupted the match?

Lockett, Loewe and Winmar all had many bags of 7+, Craig O'Brien scored 7.4, in a loss to Geelong at Kardinia Park in R12 of 1994, Everitt scored 7.7 in a win over the Crows at Waverly in '96 (R22), and Heatly had 3 bags over 7, all scotred in the 1997 season. He baqged 9.1 against North at Waverly (R14), 7.3 over the Demons at the MCG (R21), and 7 strait, again at the G, over North Melbourne in that memorable Second Preliminary Final. All were wins.
Of course, we all remember the bags of goals the latter three current players have had, which have been in the last 2 seasons.
