Next week
Gilbo (if fit) needs to come back next week and I think that he needs to replace baker or max. I think max has more improvement in him where as baker seems to struggle a bit atm. So Max stays and Zac must stay.
Swap Gardiner for King after his indiscretion today.
And I'm thinking maybe milne for raph. Only 'cause we need milne in the team.
I am not against Raph but I think Milne is vital and I just can't see who else we would drop out for milne.
Thoughts?

I actually thought Blake was one of the few that stood up early, showed a bit up forward as well.terry smith rules wrote:I am one of J,Blake's biggest fans but unfortunately for mine is out for next week if Gilbert comes back.
Has gone back to the startled rabbit of two years ago.
Still agreat back up but you can't play 8,16 and 27 in the same back line.

Agree you can't play all three of them down back, put him up forward in place of Jimmy IMO
Team will remain unchanged next week except Gardiner will come in for McEvoy or possibly King if the tribunal finds him guilty of a fair bump.
I think they will leave Milne and Gilbert for another week. We have a 16 day break so I think they will be inclined to err on the side of caution with these 2 as they are vital to the second half of our season.

Milne, Gilbert and Gardiner ins for McEnvoy,Raph and ?.
Not sure Blake was too bad today..King doesn't deserve to be suspended...nothing in it..a free kick at worst.

Never take a backward step even to gain momentum.....

I think we'll really need Baker to take either one of Carlton's mids or a smaller forward like Eddie Betts (or Mitch Robinson?), assuming all their usual suspects play; particularly to help out Clint Jones, depending on both how Jones's taggee's and own games are going - we might need Jones to be more involved and attacking rather than worrying TOO much about his direct opponent.
