How that was ball....he barely got skin to the ball before he was tackled.

But none the less good intensity from the team. Really need to keep it up and bury them to put the critics away.

anyone want to explain the holding the bal rule?

you can be swung 360 degrees and it's not holding the ball

you grab the ball, get tackled in the same motion and it's holding the ball? (happened to gwilt and ray in that quarter?)

not suggesting it has effected the game but hell they barely pay a free then pull those two out!

we have been very wasteful down forward and once again letting teams in because of this. twice as many inside 50's, great forward 50 pressure, winning all the stats but only up by 7 points

roo is a champ but we need him kicking thos goals

thought otherwise that quarter was alot better.

Thanks Iceman, It may be my One-eyedness, but I thought it would've been more lop sided than that.

Because we always see the ones that don't get paid, no stats for them

We've spent a lot of energy getting back in this, and we're only a goal in front.

We've had a lot of shots on goal for our effort, and that means the Roos are capable of stepping up.

The flipside is that we've kicked 7 goals to 3 since quarter time.

[quote="fonz_#15"]that's the worst holding the ball call eve

It gives us something to gripe about in thestands, so it's not all bad. Mind you, it's not like the refs hadn't already given us plenty of material.

Kosi takes another one in the square, 5th contested mark for the day.

Kicks his 4th, the Saints 20 points clear.
