I remember being at the ground that day and I think they had a special T-shirt to mark the day..I wish I had bought one. It's a pity they didn't have digital cameras or phones with cameras back then as we would have had some great photos.
Trivia Question: Who did we play in our last home game at Waverley and who did we play in our last home game at Junction Oval??

Club bought out a plaque which they sold on the day saying I attended the last game at Moorabbin. Signed by Danny Frawley & Ken Sheldon & Travis Payze. Yeah it says something like ...spert wrote:I remember being at the ground that day and I think they had a special T-shirt to mark the day..I wish I had bought one.
"I was there for the last bounce at Moorabbin".
Very very sad day.
I remember going early and doing a lap of the outer before taking up a position in the pit.
Went home with a bag full of animal pit gravel and some handfuls of the sacred turf.

I can't thank you enough for this Ray. It's a great way of sharing something
personal with StKilda fans.
I've enjoyed trying to pick who is who in a Saints jumper but I think I need
a magnifying glass.
I reckon it's Gilbert McAdam (no.5)to the right of frame. And Dean Greig
(no.27) near the centre.
Good fun this...
