Zac
Is going from strength to strength and has been an absolute revelation. Has grown in confidence and is growing in stature on a weekly basis. His one percenters and discipline today were outstanding and he now has composure when in possession. Kudos to both those responsible for picking him as a roughy and to SOS for obviously working with him so diligently, he has gone from a left field rookie to a player who at this rate could be an integral part of our set up for many seasons to come...
This season has been so much fun so far...

It was great listening to MMM. Every single time he touched it, they all mused that they couldn't understand how Hawthorn let him go.
Brilliant.
Brilliant.

Clueless and mediocre petty tyrant.
was his best game for the club. He and chips were awesome as key backs. Shame about the lions great kicking for goal because the defence was really good

Hear hear. Thought Zac and Chipper in our best 5 today.Solar wrote:was his best game for the club. He and chips were awesome as key backs. Shame about the lions great kicking for goal because the defence was really good
Max returning will allow Chipper to take a turn through the midfield, which will add to the run and carry that was lacking today
Room for Max and Zac in the side, no question

That was my thought prior to the game. Now I'm just about certain. Max and Zac on the talls. Sort out the others after that. I reckon he was a steadying influence today.saint66au wrote:Room for Max and Zac in the side, no question
The way he bumps players should be sent out on and AFL DVD. Hits hard and clean. Doesn't hit in the head. Seems to time it well. I love the way he plays.
Yeah nah pleasing positive

Actually thought he did well one on one today and also provided a steady head a couple of times when we were being wasteful with the ball.Saints Premiers 2008 wrote:zacariah is still average....
still not decent enough to shove him at fb without anyone giving him a good old hand
Until today I would have agreed with you.
Maybe this year?
So if we need him we can use either Zac or Max in therexy wrote:But is there room for Max, Zac and Blake?
No
a) ruck
b) defence
c) midfield
d) up forward.
Zac and Max can play b)
JB can play all four.
You want to completely stuff our flexibility?
Lance or James??
There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)

I dont know, for me it is a very interesting debate that will need to be thought over long and hard and trialled in different ways.
Please dont put words in my mouth. Some here can discuss objectively without black and white point of views.
Maybe this year?

Was really impressed with him today. He's been fantastic for us this year and up until a few weeks ago I was still a bit uncertain how comfortable I'd be with him in the finals. However, I'm starting to feel much more comfortable with him to the point where I'd be pretty happy to have him down back come finals times.
Thought today was his best well-rounded game that he's played compared to his first six or seven games which were very much just defensively orientated.
