The whole stadium deal is a gigantic rip-off.
We got 27,000 fans to the Freo game and had to write a cheque to Collo for the privilege of playing at his stadium.
27,000 and we couldn't make a profit !!!!!!
Back at Moorabbin 27,000 would have had the ground pretty much full,
and our Treasurer would have had a grin from ear to ear,
With a breakeven point of well under 10,000 and the margin on all the catering it would be a big pay day.
But at Docklands we are PAYING.
The deal is just pathetic.
We can't make a profit on a crowd of 27,000
And we don't get revenue from the catering.
The AFL and the Clubs have been ripped off big time here.
The aim of "vigilante" action like this is to put pressure on Docklands management to renegotiate a fairer deal.
If they don't then let's run their revenue streams down as much as possible and force their hand.
That's how it will help the Saints.
Remember - Do NOT spend ANYTHING - EVER at Collo's Colosseum
The rest of Australia can wander mask-free, socialise, eat out, no curfews, no zoning, no police rings of steel, no illogical inconsistent rules.
They can even WATCH LIVE FOOTY!
